James is an associate who focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Malphurs served as an armor officer in the United States Army, achieving the rank of captain. He served as an M1A1 tank platoon leader, tank company executive officer, and squadron adjutant. Following his Army service, he worked as a systems engineer consulting on the design and implementation of data center infrastructure.
