- Represents corporate and individual creditors and bankruptcy litigation targets in bankruptcy cases and competing plan proponents in hostile and friendly takeovers of business in Chapter 11.
- Represents private owners, developers, engineers, and general contractors in construction matters in State and Bankruptcy Courts.
- Served as Counsel for the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida in construction disputes and drafting contract documents.
- Served as Counsel for the debtors-in-possession in the Florida West Airlines ($24 million of debt), Beverage Canners International Corp. ($63 million of debt), CHS Electronics, Inc. ($725 million of debt), and Reptron Electronics Corp. ($120 million of debt) Chapter 11 reorganizations.
- Served as Counsel for Court appointed Chapter 11 and 7 Trustees (Tradewinds Airline, Inc.) and Plan Administrator (Blue/Green Diamond Condominiums in Miami Beach, Florida, with an emphasis on construction issues).
