Class Action Capital Note holders of First American Bank and Trust - Represented class plaintiffs in a class action filed on behalf of holders of unsecured capital notes.

ESM Government Securities Litigation - Represented the receiver, Thomas Tew, of ESM Government Securities in various cases following the collapse of ESM, a $300 million dollar securities fraud involving reverse repurchase transactions among related entities.

Section 1983 Constitutional Property Rights and Land Use Cases - Represented the City of Miami Beach in a Section 1983 land use case involving equal protection and takings claims. Other such type of cases include representing the City of Miami in litigation over Watson Island.

Barnett Brokerage - Lead counsel for Barnett Brokerage Services in connection with a complex wire transfer liability case. Lead trial and appellate counsel.

Hugh F. Culverhouse Trust Litigation - counsel (trial and appellate) for Mrs. Hugh Culverhouse in litigation involving the Hugh F. Culverhouse Trust, the former owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Litigated several cases in Circuit Court in Tampa, Florida arising from the Trust
