  • Lead trial counsel representing a Dominican Republic bank in a RICO action against financier and related entities resulting in a judgment of over $176 million.
  • Defended former director of a Venezuelan bank charged with RICO violations.
  • Lead trial counsel in numerous eminent domain cases representing landowners against condemning authorities.
  • Lead trial counsel defending director in a shareholder derivative action.
