For more than a decade, the Firm has been lead outside construction counsel to the Miami-Dade County School District and has been involved in a variety of litigation arising out of the School District's multi-million dollar capital construction project. The Firm has prosecuted multi-million dollar claims against architects and engineers for design errors and omissions in school construction projects.
The Construction Law group has also represented a major Florida residential developer in multi-million dollar construction defect litigation arising out of post-Hurricane Andrew claims and is representing several prominent condominium developers and condominium associations in multi-million dollar delay claims arising from the recent growth of high-rise condominiums in Miami.
